All products available on Crochetes are digital crochet patterns, delivered instantly via download after purchase.
Because digital files cannot be returned or exchanged once downloaded, all sales are final.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available under the following limited circumstances:
You purchased the same pattern twice by mistake.
You did not receive the digital download due to a technical error (e.g., broken link, download issue).
There was a problem with the file that we could not resolve.
If one of these situations applies, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details and proof of payment.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:
You changed your mind after purchasing.
You do not have the necessary skills or tools to complete the project.
